If a customers arrival date is less than 48 hours from now, in many cases we don't have enough time to check availability and prepare the online payment bill.

In order to speed up the process, we take advantage of the refund policy that our online payment provider offers. We can refund (partial or total) any payment without paying any fees.

We offer customers to pay the total of payment together with the reservation enquiry and we will reconfirm the reservation, once we checked availability with the requested resort.

If the room is not available anymore we will refund 100% of the payment as soon as possible.

Confirm Now! ™ is just an optional type of booking, useful only for reservation on short notice. If you use 'Confirm Now!' ™ for your reservation, we will first try to contact you back by phone as fast as possible. If you choose to not use this option, we will still process your reservation.
